  Avoid Dakoma Roofing **** Unprofessional and Unsafe Work I hired Dakoma Roofing **** to replace my roof, expecting professional service based on their promises. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.?? Failure to Remove Debris The contract clearly stated that all debris would be removed during installation. Instead, they intentionally left piles of leaves and sticks in the roofs ventilation areas, creating a severe fire hazard. This is not only negligent but also a violation of Florida Building Code Section ******, which requires proper roof ventilation.?? Incomplete and Poor Workmanship The job was not completed properly. A large section of the roof was initially left unreplaced, and only after I complained did they come back to finish. Additionally, they left nails and open gaps in the fascia board, which now require costly repairs.?? Failure to Address Pooling Areas They promised in writing to install foam inserts to correct pooling issues in low-lying areas. This was never done, leaving my roof vulnerable to standing water and damage.?? Unresponsive and Unprofessional When I raised these concerns, Dakoma Roofing **** ignored my complaints and refused to fix the issues. Instead of honoring their contract, they threatened to put a lien on my property, despite failing to deliver quality work.I have given them multiple chances to resolve these problems, but they have chosen to ignore me. I have since filed a formal complaint with the ********************************************************** (DBPR) and will be pursuing legal action.?? If you value your property and safety, avoid Dakoma Roofing **** at all costs. There are far more reputable and professional roofing companies out there.

  When I called Dakoma Roofing, for a re-roof quote they did not waste time in coming over that day. They were efficient and thorough and explained how much it would cost, which I thought was a fair cost. Within a day or two, the workers showed up ready to work and got the work done all in one day. Inspections were prompt thereafter and the schedule for the shingles were done within one day before a major holiday, which I thought was wonderful. I was so pleased at the work ethic of everyone involved and especially communications with ********* and the office staff and to the workers that worked to get the roof finished in no time. I have been so pleased with working with them from start to finish as they explained everything. I highly recommend them as others in my neighborhood for their prompt service!

  Dakoma Roofing met all my needs. They did an excellent job in 2005 and a much better job 2024. They were on time efficient and met or exceeded my expectations. Any concerns I had was addressed immediately. They were also the best price and did not charge any extra for small requests or additions. I would recommend them everyday any day. They also clean up my yard and small debris from my neighbors
