  What a horrible experience. This company is the least professional company I have ever worked with. You would think that they would be knowledgeable with regards to installing and permitting om Miami Dade County. The communication has been very poor. I am really doubting my investment in this. They seemed so simple and professional at the beginning. Now it has been 3 months and I still don't have a pergola. We have gotten different answers from representatives of the company, yet nothing concrete. I was even told that they were to busy to look at messages. unbelievable.

  I am sorry that you feel that way, but you have to take into consideration that at the beginning we agreed on your contractor to do the electrical and footings, but when you realize that everything needed a permit, you decided that your contractor wasn't qualify to do such applications. We did everything to accommodate you, you wanted a fully louvers/retractable pergola, and because we are the only company with such product your decided to go ahead with us. After that, you wanted the pergola to have only two posts, even though the size was really big, we found a way to accommodate your need. I do not understand how you can say such thing about our company even though we are trying to accommodate you the best that we can. We gave you all the information that you needed, my sale representative answered all your questions after making sure with the technicians and still you are not satisfied. I am sorry if your contractor doesn't have a license and doesn't know how to do the work that need to be done, but it is not our fault and we shouldn't be suffering of other people bad work. 

  Now regarding the delays, we just got the color for the pergola from you two weeks ago how are we supposed to be able to install a pergola that is not completed? Without the color we couldn't move forward with the production. 

  About the different answer from representatives, this is not true, the representative with who you talked to was *******, and she made sure to talk to the technicians before hand to have the exact answer to your questions, you did not talk to anyone else regarding the footings installation. 

  I am very surprise that you are writing such a review when we are still in the process of everything, the permit has been deposited last week, today we receive the go ahead to send the missing documents. We have been really accommodating with the whole process, so that is why I am really surprise about the whole review.

  Dear ****, I have read your comments. Thank you for your opinion. I refuse to start the back and forth with comments to your comments above. I have proof and timelines of all conversations. The reality at this point is that you deposited a check I made to your company, Rolls Shading Systems in the amount of $27,950 over 14 months ago. That amount is for 50% of the project. The last communications I had with you were on October 23, 2023 and then finally you responded again on November 8,2023, in which you stated that the pergola had arrived in ***** cargo and you were waiting for information from the broker. It is now November 24th. You along with your employees ******* and **** refuse to answer my phone calls, my texts and my emails and you have purposely removed yourself from group chats with regards to this project. At this point you have stolen my deposit and you have abandoned the job. I urge all consumers reading this, not to work with ********************* and Rolls Shading Systems.
