      I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against **************************** and their contract ****** from Beneath the Roof, located at ******************************************************. On January 16, 2024, I paid $5,600.00 for 2 slabs - Calacatta Sienna Qtz 3cm ******************** Grey (white rein) Qtz 3cm (138x78) that the business committed to provide. Unfortunately, this transaction has resulted in a significant dispute that the business has not attempted to resolve despite my efforts to seek a solution.The business assured me that 2 slabs - Calacatta Sienna Qtz 3cm ******************** Grey (white rein) Qtz 3cm (138x78) were to be ordered and installed. Based on these assurances, I completed the payment of $5,600.00 on January 16, 2024.However, the nature of my dispute with ST STONES, **** and their contract ****** from Beneath the Roof centers around their failure to fulfill their obligations. Specifically, as today August 22, 2024, ST STONES, **** and their contract ****** from Beneath the Roof ordered the incorrect slabs. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them and request a resolution, ST STONES, **** and their contract ****** from Beneath the Roof has not made any meaningful effort to address or rectify the situation. My communication with them on February 2024 - Present has either been ignored or met with inadequate responses that do not resolve the issue.I am now seeking assistance from the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this dispute. To resolve this issue, I am requesting ST STONES, **** and their contract ****** from Beneath the Roof refund $5,600.00.I hope that with your help, ST STONES, **** and their contract ****** from Beneath the Roof will be encouraged to address this matter appropriately. Thank you for your attention to this complaint. I look forward to your assistance in reaching a satisfactory resolution.

      The contractor ****** ****** dealt with the customer directly. The monies were paid to the contractor, not to ST Stones, therefore this complaint is unfounded. We never received monies from **** ******** and have had the slabs set aside for the contractor ****** ****** this entire time. The issues are with ****** ****** (Contractor) not ST Stones. No monies were paid to ST Stones from **** ********. This complaint needs to be against the contractor not ST Stones.
