    On June 5th, I received a late notice that stated I owed a late fee, and a protection plan, when I already have proof of insurance and paid for it! When I went online to check my account, and to see if I could get these fees waived as a one-time courtesy. I sent the request online, as the site indicates to do. I never heard back from anyone! On June 10th, I go to the facility to make a payment. I explained to the gentleman at the front desk what the billing situation was, and that if the charges could be waived, Id pay it that day. He told me to send a copy of my proof of unit insurance, and I told him I would. He said that they couldnt waive their protection plan cost as its already been done!! I had proof of insurance that I emailed him! Ive always had insurance on this unit!! Not only that, no one got back to me about the waiving of the late fee, either!!! On Monday, June 17th, I received a call from another representative, inquiring about the payment owed. I explained to him what the situation was. I told him Id pay that day, if the charges could be waived. He said hed speak to the property manager. Today is Saturday. and Ive not heard anything, and Ive had enough! Today, I get a nasty bill demanding a $300 payment! It also states that part of this fee is the lienand that an auction is scheduled for July 25th! It also indicates that I never responded, when Ive got proof of requests, the June 10th visit, the phone call from Monday at 4:43 PM. Ive got proof of the call I made to the storage facility about these requests! The Lady I spoke with, who I believe is the property manager gave a NASTY response Its in auction! I told her thats not right, *** made requests to settle, no ones gotten back to me- and she almost yells, hatefully, its in auction! Usually, payment has to be ***** days late in order to receive this type of notice! This is the worst place for customer service ever! Im the one being bullied
