    ICRealtime allows their vendors to install cameras without being properly trained. We purchased 3 single outdoor cameras and one dual. The vendor appeared to be experienced running cable through our attic but when it came to placing the cameras for optimal security or configuration, it became evident that he had never done this before. He relocated cameras multiple times leaving holes in our soffit. He was unable to configure the system without the continual help of the ICRealtime support department. He spent hours and days on the phone with them as they walked him through the setup. Yet no one from ICRealtime questioned whether he was qualified for this installation. He caused issues with our Wi-Fi and after one visit, our network went down as soon as he left our house. We found he was accessing our cameras from his home which was disturbing but he never set US up with remote viewing. We had night time motion blur which his answer was to clean this new camera with auto headlight restoration cleaner. After 6 months of trial and error and poor performing cameras, we began to feel we were being used as an installation training site if not beta test site for ICRealtime cameras. But adding insult to injury, ICRealtime awarded him with a new camera for his troubles! We finally fired the installer. Then he had the audacity to send us a bill for this additional troubleshooting time. We were left with cameras that triggered with every blowing branch, flying bug, landscape movement, cars on a street a block away, rain and light changes. ALL OF THIS WAS REPORTED TO THE HEAD OF ICREALTIME EXECUTIVES, DIRECTORS AND EVEN A MEMBER OF THE ***** WITH NO RESPONSE. They never reached out to remedy this installation.
