    Towing company that refused to show city or county operation license, ******************** cars without legal request of property owners including plazas in city of *******. Company has closed 5 times of ************** and reopen. Holding company trucks and requesting nonsense documents even if you can prove owner or company is located out of state. Is a ******************. Company not holding legal signs or following city compliance codes to operate.

    MY WORK *** GOT TOWED FROM VIVA APPARTMENTS FOR NO REASON AFTER I PICKED UP *** FROM TOW YARD I NOTICED THE *** HAD A BENT METAL STEP BENDED IN THE REAR ONCE I DROVE *** I NOTICED IT WAS PULLING TO RIGHT UNSAFE TO DRIVE I PARKED IT AND LIFTED THE *** TO FIND OUT THEY BROKE MY STERING ARM THE REPAIRS ARE OVER 3K THEY REFUSE THAT THEY DID ANYTHING I HAVE PIC OF BEFORE AND AFTER WOULD LIKE THEM TO OWN UP TO THE DAMAGE THEY HAVE DONE AND ITS THERE RIGHT IF THEY TOOK A *** THAT SHOULD NOT BE TOWED BY A REGULAR WREKER THATS THE DAMAGE THAT HAPPENS I PAID $388 TO GET MY *** BACK DESTROID

    The vehicle in question- was removed from the property as per management.

    The vehicle was improperly parked and blocking safe Passage- as per management

    We have documented correspondence and field pictures to back up.

    There was no damage caused by our team to the gentleman's vehicle. 

    The customer inspected the vehicle prior to exiting the tow yard.

    I am rejecting this response because: it is not fair answer please look at pictures before and after towing wreak less towing causes damages and your response is not acknowledging the fact that I have paid the commercial tow fee which was not a commercial tow as the damages of the vehicle towed shows the difrrence I have paid the total of $388 to get back my van with damages that the pictures show what the damages where I reject not fair at all and the damages that your company has done to my assete needs to have a solution shortly thanks in advance.

    This vehicle is considered a commercial vehicle. You can tell the size and type of vehicle it is. As we mentioned before the vehicle was inspected before leaving the yard and no complaints were made on site. We do not know when those damages might have been occurred.They did not happen during towing or in our yard.
