    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Lightning Labs regarding their failure to fulfill contractual obligations and the poor quality of their products. Below are the key details of the transaction and the issues encountered:Transaction Details:Date of Transaction: January 19, 2024 Invoice Date: March 1, 2024 Payment Date: March 18, 2024 Amount Paid: $5,979.97 USD Complaint Summary:1) Failure to Fulfill Contractual Obligations:Lightning Labs agreed to produce 600 units of my pre-workout product. This included shipping 192 units to me and retaining the remaining 408 units for order fulfillment. Despite multiple requests, Lightning Labs has failed to ship the 115 remaining units stored at their facility. All communication has ceased, effectively leaving me without the products I paid for.2) Poor Product Quality:The pre-workout produced by Lightning Labs is defective. The powder clumps and hardens, making it unusable. Although they claim certain ingredients are to blame, similar formulas on the market do not have this issue. Multiple retailers who purchased the product have reported the same problem, indicating poor quality control. Additionally, the scoops provided in the pre-workout tubs do not match the label instructions, further compromising the products integrity. This error further underscores the lack of attention to quality by Lightning Labs.Additional Concerns:I discovered that the owner of Lightning Labs, ***** ********, has a troubling history, having pled guilty to conspiracy to defraud the *** in connection with dietary supplements. This raises serious concerns about the lack of quality control and integrity in their operations. Resolution Requested:Due to the poor quality and unfulfilled obligations, I am requesting a refund for the following:115 units remaining at Lightning Labs.118 units that I had to refund to retailers due to product ************* Refund Requested: $3,900.42 USD (233 units x $16.74/unit)
