  High End Impact Windows & Doors recently replaced our sliding glass door due to another company's neglect on reinstalling our sliding glass door after our restoration. They ran into a few issues once the door was taken out. They explained everything to me and fixed everything before putting the new door in. We now have a sliding glass door that works and is installed professionally. I would highly recommend this company for any and all your windows. They are easy to work with, clean, professional and explain everything.

  High End has recently completed replacing all doors and windows at my home. It was a big job with many issues due to the age of my home. High End flawlessly performed and we are very satisfied with the results. Everyone at ******** from the office staff to the installers were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.   High End Impact Windows were very professional. We had 5 windows done just under 3 days with the installers doing a great job and very polite. The house never got dirty as they replaced the old windows. A piece of marble on the main window needed to be replaced. Upon doing so the drapes ended up being too long. We needed to get them resized which they compensated us for. Totally happy with the product and the installation.

  High End Windows provided me with superior personnel at the office , salesperson and the crew that installed the Impact Windows. I took three quotes and I chose High Impact not because they were the lowest (they were not) but because they explained in detail the work that was going to be done, the product qualifications and how the work was going to be done by there employees and not sub-contractors. ****** and his crew were amazing. They were friendly, neat as far as covering everything to minimize the dust, and ****** made sure that everything was done right to his specifications and they were. The clean up was very minimal and the inspection passed with no problem. I could go on and on about how good this company is believe me give them a call and you will see what we mean.   High End came very highly recommended and I was extremely happy with their work. ****, ***** and **** took great stride and pride in their work. True to their word, there was very little cleanup each day. Because of their professionalism, my inspection was a breeze. The inspector was very happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Great job!!

  I do not have one critical thing to say about High End Impact Windows & Doors, and that right there is saying a lot! From the beginning of the process to the end was smooth, efficient and professional, with Roger in sales, communicating with office staff Rod and Rich, and having the windows installed by Mark, Fabio, and Matt. The materials and workmanship are top notch, so if you are looking for an impact window and door installation, look no further!

  I have nothing but great things to say about High End. First let me start by saying they were not low bid but they were only a few hundreds dollar higher than the low bid. I decided to go with High End because of the people. They were very responsive, educational and down to earth. Once the windows came in they worked around my crazy schedule to do the install. They showed up on time, put up multiple barriers to keep the ** in and the dust/bugs out. When done there was very little dust inside my house. The windows look amazing and the work was very clean. The City inspector said they work was some of the best he has seen so i feel the extra few bucks was well worth it. If you are shopping around this company does things others don't or charge for that *** seem trivial but they aren't. For example this company will remove old shutter brackets and patch the holes for free...others charge $100 per window. High End will also remove and reinstall window treatments free...others make you do it. Those value adds really help as you are already having to moving furniture and stuff so they can work, to not have to mess with those things was really nice. This is the company i will recommend to everyone moving forward.

  So very pleased with the replacement and installation of all our windows and doors with hurricane impact windows. Their name fits a perfect description of the services and people who work there - at the top of high end! From meeting with Drawer for the most comprehensive briefing and explanation of types, options, pros/cons, on a weekend to meet our schedule; to then accommodating several rescheduling changes to meet our needs as we are part-timers. Office staff stayed in touch and returned calls and e-mails promptly. Installation was exactly as promised and the installers were so careful and clean, and very professional (and nice) to have on the job. We were concerned about how much repair work wed have to do afterwards but that was minimal painting. Enjoyed having them around. They know their stuff! Had one minor documentation certification to clear city inspection and they stayed on it until it was cleared. They arranged a top notch sub contractor to also replace our garage door - and that was exceptional as well. Had one minor call back and he fixed it promptly. I seriously am considering asking them to come to ******** to do our windows there. They are that good! And we feel like this was the best value we could have asked for. Not cheap - but the best value for our hard earned money. Thanks High End Impact Windows & Doors
