    I Highly recommend MIW without any reservations. This company is TOP NOTCH in terms of their work ethic, honesty, reliability,and above all their true professionalism. The installation was quick and it turned out beautiful. . Mucho gracias (many thanks) to **** and ******* for your beautiful hard work and efficiency. *** and *****, thank you for your exceptional customer service and coordinating this project. You all have exceeded my expectations. This was a huge project ????? it looks absolutely beautiful; I couldnt be happier with the end results. My only recommendation for all of you at MIW is to keep up the hard work and exceptional service. I cant thank you enough for my Gorgeous windows! Job well done ????????

    MIW is wonderful, De is great, she communicates and follows through. She texts from her personal number and the business is available on whatsapp. they answer even outside of business hours and keep us posted right through. Our install was seamless and it is explained what they do and what they do not do. alot of people do not read their contracts and end up being unprepared and unrealistic during installation.     Customers never leave their honest opinions, only when something is wrong, do they wish to leave bad reviews, giving the business a bad rating. Now my experience with MIW was wonderful, the contract was detailed and I was given my options, now as the customer, if I make a bad decision or ask that something be done outside of the detailed scope of work then it should not be MIW's fault. Dee is wonderful and very responsive and has been with the company since 2016, i am a returning customer and she was doing this by herself, carrying the company on her shoulder since I met them. Now she has an assistant Sasha, who responds almost immediately, via text or WhatsApp and they get things done accordingly and outline the time frame for the work to be done. I have not had any leaks, or wind issues and the condos have been very silent since we replaced the windows, we have many properties in South Florida and they have completed 9 of 13 so far. @ of which are under contract pending concrete restoration. Their engineers are fast and efficient and the technicians are very polite, and clean and set expectations for dust. granted, they do not clean the entire apartment after, they do not do tile or drywall after, nor electric work and blinds are reinstalled and our risk, all of which are outlined in the contract, so reading is fundamental for customers signing contracts. Also, for services or factory defects, Dee notifies the factory, MIW doesn't make these materials, this is a big thing that people tend to forget. It is like blaming TMOBILE for an issue with an iPhone.
