    I want my bill modified down to 700 because that’s what it should be. I also want a clear statement of my current bill. I want them to stop going back-and-forth with me having to leave and me getting to stay. I want to have Internet connection to the fullest since they don’t provide cable like they advertise. They increase my bill three times and we’re very difficult when I did find one person who could possibly help fund my delinquent account since then they have literally been financially abusive and I’m an autistic woman who already has dyslexia issues and what not so I need a clear statement. I need my home Life to stop being threatened when I’m giving current accurate payments and fulfilling, my renters agreement fully fully

    The guest that is complaining has had two reservations at our park. I have attached the running invoice for both. She is all over the map in her accusations and facts. #1. Her rent has been 600.00 per month for the entire time she has been here. But she wants it to be 700.00 ?? Her reservation is for 600.00 plus FL sales and transient rental tax of 10.5% and metered electrical usage. One month our reservation software had a glitch and didn't take the meter readings correctly so we didn't bill that month, but included it the next month. She is behind in her rent by over 2,000.00 and feels like paying us 50-100 per week will catch her up. This is impossible and whenever she is asked about payment, so goes off on no time at work, being bitten by spiders, mother having a transfusion, autism, dyslexia, etc. We have provided cable (it works at the pedestal connection) and wifi. All guests are given help if they have difficulty with either one, but instead of asking for help, she complains months later that it is has never worked (she said she didn't know she had to buy a cable to hookup to her rv). This lady is a constant problem with paying and complaining, and we are in the process of eviction. None of her claims hold up in even a modest scrutiny. I trust you will disallow this complaint as being without merit.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    I have serious property damage since coming to this campsite. I had no issues prior I was on time with all my payments, and then we had the economic almost shut down an iPhone a little bit behind and then they started racketeering on a bunch of cops that did not make any sense there’s no cable here, but the most important thing is this gentleman has a lawnmower that he sits on and there’s rocks that come and fly and they hit and damage my property I did not have this kind of siding damage or car damage prior to coming here. He gets very close to my property, and other parts of the campsite are not mowed nearly as much as my side I even hear banging sometimes, and I notice more damage . I made it clear that I’m an autistic woman and I feel like I’ve been almost abused here. At one time I thought I was gonna have to call the cops because it look like he was going to run me over with his lawnmower and even a rock hit my car and that’s how I knew for a fact that he was causing this damage when I went to wash my clothes. It smells like someone took my clothes out and ran them around the bathroom.
