    I am very disappointed with the service provided by *****. Throughout our interaction, she was extremely rude and condescending. Her attitude was consistently negative, and she displayed nasty behavior that was both unprofessional and unacceptable. ***** made low minimum effort to assist me, and her unwillingness to help was evident. I asked about one policy specifically to have for my records prior to making this review and she mentioned she was unable to provide any copies. I informed her if its in writing I wouldnt need to make the review and she sat and starred and stated there isnt a policy to provide. Iam sharing this review for educational purposes. When you run a business the face of your business largely reflects your business. How customers are treated has a large impact on a business and the values they share. From my experience most people who dont know the answer to something or cant find the answer will ask. Unfounded This was not offered by *****. A simple Im sorry I dont know this answer but Im willing to help or ask goes a long way.This kind of behavior made the entire experience very unpleasant and frustrating. It is disappointing to encounter such a lack of basic customer service skills. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and needs to be addressed immediately. Ive never had this level of service before at Nocatee Baptist and Ive always had top tier service up until today. Iam hoping for the sake of the providers this isnt a daily lack of customer service skills and its resolved. I love the providers but the front desk secretary ***** did not make my interaction pleasant at the front desk. Her energy was low vibrational and showcased low class unprofessionalism at best.Hoping for a better customer service at my next appointment. Im hoping it was an off day for ***** as Im assuming working face to face with clients and trying to rectify a situation is not a skill she has been trained in.
