    The first 2 pics are what **** (stylist) at Bellezza *********************************************** did to my hair Feb 22nd. Pics # 3, & 4 are what I showed her to do to my hair. When the job she did to my hair left me with mousy, ashy, brown hair all over , and my hair is very long nearly to my waist, she said just go home and wash it out over the next 4-6 shampoos if you don't like it. And I was Charged $265.00 for this ugly & awful result. Next Day I contacted Shop Owner, ***************************, & showed her the pics of the hair color I requested & the awful pic of the color I left her salon with, my hair ugly & ruined. *** the owner says I don't see anything wrong with your hair just shampoo it a few times. At that point, I asked for either a stylist that knows how to do highlights correctly or a refund and *** BLOCKED Me when I messaged her this. What POOR customer service, and unprofessional to not have integrity when it comes to delivering to customers what they come to the salon to get & then offer NO resolution or refund!! I will be sharing these pics and experience with everyone I come in contact with so hopefully no one else gets treated like this & have their hair ruined!!
