      I signed an agreement with the owner ****** Noske , that I get paid every 2 weeks plus 10% commission on products and 5% commission on services & commission would be paid the following month. My start date was July 14th 2022.The First time I reached out to my employer via email asking for my commission was September 10th 2022. I never received a response back and continued to follow up with her regarding my commission, then was told each time that we needed to sit down and have a  meeting before my commission was to be paid.  After scheduling 3 or 4 meetings, every time she came up with some excuse or reason to cancel and not come in for our meeting so she didn’t have to pay me. So October comes around and she now owes me for July. August, and some of September and has still yet to sit down and meet with me, after asking her multiple times. I found myself having to ask her for my paycheck every 2 weeks instead of her giving it to me herself. I was scheduled to receive my 2 week paycheck and did not receive one, I had to reach out to her again and ask if and when should I expect to receive my paycheck, I finally received my paycheck 5 days late. From this point on my paychecks were not on time and I was receiving them later and later and was being told that she couldn’t pay me until the following week because we weren’t making enough sales.As of now I am owed for the last 2 weeks of work & my commissions from July through November. After speaking with some former employees they said they went through the same thing and are stilled owed money, she told them the same thing in Florida she does not have to pay them by any certain date. One of her former employees also responded, “sorry but her lawyer said she could not discuss this at this time”. It has been 4 months now since I have been employed there and I have not received any money she owes me and have been requesting for her to send me my 1099 to file taxes since January and haven’t received it still.

      They are unprofessional starting with paperwork. Still haven't gotten a copy of the documents we signed. The treatments are worthless, they treat you and tell you then basically to avoid carbs hahaha, just avoid carbs without paying these people money for nothing. Stay away,, they should actually be called institute liealot. Doesn't work and they tell you they would reimburse you, if you are unsatisfied, but they only try to give you some other worthless sessions. We asked them to reimburse half of our payment for unused sessions, due to not being satisfied and not wanted to go back because of COVID and their non existing safety actions. No masks, didn't see anyone cleaning with disinfectant. We asked them multiple times to send us copies of what we signed and we are at a point that we are going to file a law suit, if we don't get our documents. Most important they didn't reimburse us for the half of the not used what they call treatments and told us that would have been a special offer and if we wouldn't stop to bother them, they would charge us
