    BEWARE! Called this company to fix my air conditioning because motor was not running. The only good thing I can say about them is that they showed up the same day. The technician was nice enough but the pricing was terrible. They wanted to charge $1440.00 for a new fan motor. I got the fan for $276.00 from another company. I can understand a little markup on items but that is ridiculous! Price gouging at it's best. When the new fan was installed, it was also discovered that the wiring was not in the proper place. Not sure if that was on purpose but after the large price for the motor, I would say it is definitely possible. Do NOT use this company!
