  EA was contracted through my pool company to build a pool cage for a new pool. The contract was in place June 2022 between the pool company and EA. The permits were pulled, and the price was set. The work was delayed with excuses that they didn't have the workers or there was an aluminum shortage. Once hurricane *** took place, EA took advantage of the situation and demanded that anyone with a ************ contract needed to pay an extra $1000 or lose their place in line. Even though they were already behind schedule and should have been done months prior. The option was to pay, or you could find another contractor. They said this knowing full well that a new contractor would be six months out and double or triple the cost originally quoted. Since the contract was actually with the pool company and not the consumer, we had no recourse and felt like it was extortion that we had to pay to complete the project. This is poor business management if not shady. They did not apply this extra "fee" to any of their direct customers, only to people with indirect agreements with a pool company. So not only is it unfair business practices, but it was not applied consistently.

  My pool cage in 1 year old. It failed the inspection for lack of cables supporting the corner. He got damaged in Ian but is reparable. When I called the company the told me they wont repair my cage they are only building new ones. Their lack of any customer service is very frustrating. I please the corner panels that came apart in the storm screws Do not meet code. I would not recommend doing business with them

  Enhanced Aluminum was hired by our pool company , ***** *****, to install our lainai they failed inspection due to structural failure the bolts used were too small (3inch) needed 5 inch and not enough, corner Jack's were not installed and the cable tie down were not installed correctly ..they were put on the tile and not on the footer ..ofcourse the lainai got destroyed during Ian and all my neighbors are fine ..we went to their site and was told that Kyle would come out and give us an estimate!!!..Kyle came out tues and we haven't heard from him at all ..they should make good on the lainai and replace entire lainai

  Just surviving hurricane Ian, we had our pool cage Screening destroyed. Everyone in this area is going through the same thing. We are all on the long list of aluminum or screening companies. Enhanced aluminum put me on their list and in their queue. They knocked on my door and said they could give me an estimate. Which I was very thankful for, as I said I am on a long list. He then notified me that it was $125 to give me an estimate and if I chose not to do it he would take us out of the queue and off the list. I just feel this company is taking advantage of people who are desperate to get work done after being devastated by a hurricane. Please warn people about this terrible business dealing.
