    I have a signed 5 year warranty and *****, the owner, is not honoring the warranty!! I have tried to reach him for two years. I understand after *** he was busy. I actually spoke to him in July of this year and promised to come to my home within a week. After waiting two weeks I have tried contacting him and no response . Very disappointing! Work was done in June of 2022.

    When we spoke in July you were out of town so I said when you get back give me a call. I also said when we are in the area we would stop by and repair what needs to be done. We havent been in *********** in wks. You are still on the repair list and when we are in *********** working I still plan on repairing it

    I am rejecting this response because I never went anywhere in July.  ***** YOU me you would be at my home in a week.   And after the week passed, I left numerous messages on your phone to call me.  It is now the last week of August and you have still not returned my calls.  The work that you did at my home two years ago was beautiful, but things happen and I told you I need some minor repairs on your part.  I even asked what color was the trim on that lanai  so i can restore that part myself.  If I accepted your reponse, what guarantee would I get from you as far as a return call or visit.

    I am rejecting this response because: We are coming to the month of September.  I called the business early in July so we are now into 2 months.   Business said I am on the list.  He never communicated with me about being on a list.  When I talked to him in July, which was our last person to person conversation, he told me he would be over the following week.  He never called me back after I  called and left messages numerous times in late July and August, he has never returned my calls or told me I was on a list.  How can I trust him that I am actually on a list..  Like I said before, his work is great.  His business ethics and communication skillls will be his downfall in the future.  I have never encountered any businessman like this.  My husband and I owned our own business for 40 years.  We always did our best to communicate with our customers to make sure they were satisfied and honored always, our warranty.

    CDC resurfaced our driveway and lanai/pool deck in 2018. Initially we were very pleased. We understood that surfaces would need to be resealed periodically. The owner said that he would contact us to schedule it, he has not. In the following years we contacted CDC to request resealant. Each time we were put off saying it wasn't time yet. Now, after the pandemic, it's PAST time for resealing. Surfaces are chipping. I've have left no less than 5 messages (voice-mail, text, email, web page) asking for them to perform the maintenance service. I've received NO RESPONSE. Very unprofessional.

    Reseals can be done by us or the homeowners themselves. 5yrs is still within the service life of the original sealer. Creative designs is not required to do reseals we provide it as a Service after install.we put off reseals after the hurricane to give owners time to get their homes repaired, mainly roofs. We can do the reseal if the homeowner would like. There is a wait time depending on scheduled jobs and weather
