    We had a kitchen remodel done in Spring of 2019 with custom made cabinets that had to be removed after they were installed due to "bad roll of veneer". They had scratches all over them. They knew this and tried to get away with installing them anyway and hoping I wouldn't notice. They apparently painted over them to hide it instead of replacing the veneer and now it is showing through. I paid a lot of money for these custom made cabinets and should not have to be in this position 3yrs out. The seal around the countertop has cracked and separated and food and water is getting underneath and after 9 months of complaining and them coming out to see for themselves and agreeing it needs to be fixed, nothing has been done They also started a fire on my new ceramic stovetop, that they had just installed, while installing the range hood/fan over the stove. That took hours for me to fix. They tried to put the ceiling and walls up without insulation but my husband called them on it. They said "oh we forgot". I had wallpaper in my hallway and in my front entrance which they ruined, so the wallpaper had to be removed and because I could not get the same to replace it, I needed to paint the walls instead. Some days people who said they were coming never showed or called at all.My experience with them has been frustrating and disappointing to say the least. My kitchen renovation was not cheap, $60,000. To have had all these issues and to still not be resolved is totally unprofessional.
