    May 18th around 2 pm , I brought a package to this store. The lady behind the counter took my package and said I was all set. The package was a pair of sneakers I was returning to The ********************************* store. I purchased these sneakers for my sons highschool graduation and due to the size I had to return them. These sneakers cost over 500 dollars. Even though I am currently homeless since hurricane *** it was the best I could do for my so. with him pulling through his final year of highschool. I bought the right size putting me 1000 in a hole counting on getting my money for the return pair. I have reached out to the buisness who says they dont have it. I know I brought this package to this store . Please help.

    I would love to help you recover your money. I need her to come to the store with a tracking # so I can help her find this package. This is time sensitive, so this needs to happen asap. We only have a short amount of time to do this. I have taken over this store as the old managers are no longer here. My Name Is *********************** and my Phone # is  ************.     I am rejecting this response because: The problem is I was not given a tracking number. I brought the package on Saturday  May 18th around 2 pm. There was one female employee she took my package and said I was all set .  I have attempted to explain this to follow employees when I call and continue to be told without a number they cant help me which is my this is a bigger problem.  I need someone to do more view the cameras and find out what happened because denying the package was dropped  when I know it was shows a bigger issue.  
    I realize I am in the wrong for not asking for some sort of receipt and shame on me. Where is the package and why is there 0 documentation of the white box to be shipped to *********************************. 

    Please go further with your investigation than just without a tracking number you cant help because if happened to me who else could be a victim.
