  My home was built ****, **** all pipes were changed to PVC except under concrete floor is still cast iron (Hurricane ******* 3 slab leaks). Started to have trouble with the tub always backing up. TItanz came highly recommended 2022. 8/6/22 they cleared tub with a tug auger, there were two technicians cost $175. 1/6/23 had it repeated at $215, they were pressured me to hydro jet the pipes for $2,749, then said I would have the pipes lined for another $13,000. Started to do ********* jet, when another plumber said don't do it unless you reline the pipes also. Then they a few weeks later replace my clean out tee for access for drain cleaning. At this time, they said my iron pipes look good, they were surprised, Again always had two technicians at each job. Had a new roof put on in Aug'23, five men did my roof in one day. The pounding cause things to fall off walls and break. Two days later my tub started to back up again, two weeks later it would not drain. They were supposed to come on a Wed, but did not show up, they called and said they would be there the next day in late afternoon, I had call for a back up plumber if they did not show up again. The supervisor, *** drove in his private black truck. He said I needed to reline my pipes and this is my fault. He called another tech with the company **** I assumed because he had the equipment to do the job. *** kept pressuring me to reline my pipes, and kept pressuring to the point that I felt threatened. The tech came in and said that he went thru the roof vent, for the clean out tee did not work! He agreed with *** for the relining the pipes but with a different tone (non threatening), agreed the pounding cause scales to fall down in the pipes. Then *** told me the bill was $487!! I was shocked. He said its because he had to have another tech! I said there always was two techs at every job. He did not give me an estimate, as he always did before. Called the office, they would investigate, not a word!!

  Ive used Titanz for many years for plumbing issues. I now have a contract with them for plumbing and my A/C. They have always been on time and fair with their pricing. To get professionals to come to your home to do this type of work is expensive! If you want cheap so so work hire a handyman! The staff is wonderful, especially *******. They are helpful, extremely nice & polite. The technicians are excellent and very knowledgeable. They too are very polite & professional to their customers! They are available 24 hrs and a real person answers I the phone. No need to leave a VM and wait for a return call. Highly recommend Titanz

  Worst plumbing money hungry business out there. Paid over $8000.00 for a whole house re-pipe. 18 months later valve failed to washer. Argued that the valve is not a fitting and would not be covered under the warranty. Charged 400$ for another valve. So what is a valve if it is not a fitting ?????
