I would like to let everyone know that Superior Pool built us a beautiful pool and enclosure which we will enjoy now and into the future. Everything that they said they would do with regards to scheduling their crews and a quick construction period from start to finish was true and they meet all expectations. Their command of construction flow is outstanding compared to all other firms that I have witnessed in my neighbor. Their Sales/Design Consultant and all the office personnel have always been a pleasure to interact with. Their Construction **** was a great communicator and his labor force friendly and polite. Their Pool Technician that setup our system and his weekly maintenance personnel have been fantastic. I would recommend that if you are shopping for a pool contractor you should definitely talk to the folks at Superior Pool and listen to what they have to offer. **** ************Superior Pools of Southwest Florida, Inc.

We would like to share how wonderful our experience with Superior Pools has been over the past 4 1/2 years. We had our pool installed in 2020. Even with all the supply and construction challenges during that time period, Superior Pools stayed on schedule as promised in our contract. From day one, the project managers, office staff and constructions crews were all professional and kept us informed throughout the entire project. They deliver a high quality product with excellent customer service as well. We did a lot of research before hiring Superior Pools and are very grateful for the custom pool they built for us. We know several others that chose different pool companies and they have problems. Over the years, any questions or concerns have always been answered quickly and efficiently. Any visitors to our home rave about our pool and we proudly tell them that Superior Pools built it! We promote Superior Pools every chance we get! My pool was just completed by Superior Pools. I absolutely love it! It is exactly like my vision and I wouldn't change a thing.Everyone I dealt with at Superior Pools was extremely helpful, professional and very good at their part in the process.In a time when good customer service is hard to come by due to lack of workers and/or supplies Superior Pools was top notch! It was a great experience from start to finish.My house is still under construction so I've had workers in and out. Absolutely everyone has commented on how beautiful it is.Thank you so much ***, *******, *****, ****** and all the workers on site for making this my dream pool.Superior Pools of Southwest Florida, Inc.

5 starsFrom our first visit to Superior Pools, we were impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. They insisted on high quality materials and mechanical systems for the pool. Their standard choices that we were given did not require an upgrade because the choices were already an upgrade compared to other companies. Once construction started, the different teams worked with precision and knew exactly what to do. The workers were considerate of us with our picture-taking and watching the phases. One of our greatest pleasures was watching the team that placed the paver deck. They were meticulous, and we could tell that they were proud of the work they were doing, and the end product definitely showed it. They were a good example of the skilled people that Superior employs.******** was wonderful to work with. She promptly answered our questions and kept us informed of timelines and progress. She went above and beyond in her response to every concern that we had in order to make sure that we were completely happy with our pool. Their name says it all: Superior Pools, Superior people, Superior materials and workmanship, Superior customer service. We would highly recommend this company for anyone planning to build a new pool. 1 starOur pool failed final inspection because they never met the correct grade. It also failed because the steps did not have a railing on them. Pool was completed in April 2022 and these issues as of Jan 2023 still are not corrected.Superior said its our responsibility to correct this! They also are a distributor For Pentair and failed to correct the software since April 2022. buyer beware Lack of customer support earns them a F grade.Review fromJohn Q.

1 starAfter contracting with Superior for a pool in July of 2020 we were told that the current build times at that time were ***** days, Paying a deposit and signing the contract that was according to our sales representative to purchase the materials and prevent delays we were then told it would be a little longer due to covid and supply issues. Superior did not even apply for the permit until March of 2022. Construction began May of 2022 and has literally dragged on with constant excuses and problems from Superior. Over 17 months since contracting with Superior we still do not have a completed pool. If you are thinking of purchasing a pool I would include a firm not to exceed end date in the contract. Zero stars from me on Susperior Pools.************
