  Have had forcefield hurricane shutters for 4years almost now . I called for service for a lock with a wasp inside . ***** came right out and assisted me with issues for free! Very pleased top rated company!

  If you look up the definition of Quality in the dictionary you may very well find Forcefield Hurricane Protection System mentioned with a cross reference under ************************ and ***** along with *******'s team mate installed hurricane shutters on my entire house today. Not only do they look wonderful, they are very well done with beautiful results of a quality product.I was pleased with the price of my shutters but the bonus was having excellent communication from a company that has professional, caring employees that deliver what they promise.After installation you are shown how to use and care for your investment in safety as well as given an invitation to contact them if you have any problems or questions in the future.Forcefiled has shown they are a professional company that delivers quality work, cleans up after themselves, courteous employees, and gives you great communication from the time of purchase to the final installation.Thank you Forcefield for an excellent experience. **************

  Forcefield cancelled the first appointment less than an hour before they were to arrive. I called a week later to reschedule. I wanted a maintainence check on four electric shutters and the replacement of four manual cranks. When the three workers arrived they wanted $1600.00. I complained,they said it was the going rate ! They were on scene for less than and hour. No new parts were required on the shutters. They checked and lubricated the shutters. The cranks were $400.00 of the $1600.00. They made no attempt to clean up and left the old cranks on the front porch. One crank handle was not replaced. Workers left quickly. I would never recommend this company for any work. I failed to get a quote up front, thinking a maintainence check would be reasonable. The one star rating is more than deserved based on my experience.

  Client contacted us to service/repair his electric rollup hurricane shutters. It should be noted that these are NOT Forcefield products. These products were manufactured and purchased elsewhere, and were installed by others, NOT FORCEFIELD.
  
  We dispatched 3 *************** technicians to the jobsite.
  
  The price was quoted, and the client agreed to the price, including four universals at $100 each.
  
  Electric shutter service for 4 roll shutters included:
  
  Removal of roll shutter hoods on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Installation roll shutter universals on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Checking for other worn parts on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Cleaning of all dirt, debris, frogs, lizards, and wind driven storm debris from inside of hoods and  all moving parts on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Oil/greasing of the idler arm assemblies on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Verification of idler arm torque/tension set s**** on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Setting the limits on the electric motors on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Re-installation of hoods on 4 electric roll shutters
  
  Manual cranks are an override feature built into the electric motor to lower the roll shutter during a power failure and are typically not intended for day to day operation.  We simply replaced the damaged product and are certainly not responsible for whatever gear ratio was installed in these non-Forcefield products. We did however insure that they were functional as designed at the time of service.
  
  To be clear: up until this moment, there was no mention of any oil spots that required cleanup. Had this happened or been reported,it would have been handled.
  
  Our employees are highly skilled, professional, *************** professionals. They have been background ******************. They are fully covered by workers compensation insurance. We provide them with health,life, dental and vision insurance. The Company is fully licensed, bonded and insured. Our trucks, trailers, ladders, tools and equipment is top notch. We have specialized in Windows, Doors & Shutters since **** and have maintained an A+ BBB rating. 
  
  Car repairs at the ***** Chevrolet or ******** dealership will likely have a different cost factor than repairs done by ***** ***, down on the corner who likely cannot offer background-check verified personnel of the same caliber, and may be uninsured or uninsurable.
  
  Client was under absolutely no obligation to move forward with us whatsoever. Forcefield does not charge by the hour. Client chose us for a reason, called us for a reason and agreed to the pricing prior to any work being done.

  The team from Fortified did an outstanding job of installing our new doors and windows. They were diligent to ensure everything was perfect. The actual doors and windows are beautiful and truly enhance our home. We cant recommend them highly enough.
