    I rent a storage unit at this location. New owners took over, Storage Sense. They have raised my rent 55% since they took over. In return, they've 1...cut off my access to the electric. 2...haven't fixed the main gate, which remains open all night. I'm not sure which is worse, the stragglers coming in at random or the wild animals. 3...all the lights are out on the property, which makes it not only spooky, but out right dangerous. It's not safe and it's unsecured. The new manager does not seem to be working things out, yet they require more money from me. I want these issues resolved IMMEDIATELY.

    This complaint is not valid. There are not new owners of this property. There is a new Store Manager. Rental agreements are reviewed and signed by all customers before entering the agreement. This report was made under false pretenses. The actual renter is ****** ********. ****** does not have a unit with electric offered inside of his unit. Electric is NOT offered at this location as an amenity; please see online for additional services offered. ****** was tapping into an electrical socket located in the drive aisle. We had to pay a vendor to cover the outlet to stop the illegal use. All customers are subject to rent rate increases; this is in the rental agreement signed by ******. ****** has been storing since 8/31/2020 so his rate is much different from 2024's market rate. ****** was also getting discounts he was not eligible to receive by a terminated Store Manager. ****** is upset because he is no longer getting an "active" military discount and is retaliating through this false report.
