      Horrible company lier through there teeth and I had a warranty to pay for eveything they gave me the run around and then lied over and over again then screwed me on timing they had my truck for 5 weeks and only fixed one thing left the rest off now im out thousands of dollars in repair because of there neglect and incompetent

      I brought my 2006 ***** 3 in because there is a electrical problem in the transmission approx the 2nd week of December 2022 they said no problem it took 2 weeks before they even looked at it then ***************** the service advisor called up and wanted $ **** down payment I paid it then waited until jan 13th when they called twice to pick it up that it was fixed I went in jan 16th paid in full a total of $4271.59 they brought the car around I hoped in it it was having the same exact same problem hard shifting and would not go past 3rd gear i turned around and took it right back went in and said its not fixed ***** the other guy in the office told ***************** to take it for a test drive with me in it . *** said we must of missed something after calling many times and getting the run around on 2/3/2023 i called aamco customer support line and have been talking to ******** phone number ************ I call ******** about once a week she calls ***** and gets the same run around and she calls me back this has been going on 7 months now and i still dont have a fixed car which I paid for I am writing you in hopes you can help get this resolved Best Regards and thanks *************************** ps the invoice # is l141560 i have all the paper worl

      I had my truck towed to Aamco on Monday May 15, 2023, I spoke to ***** on the phone, he advised he has my truck, he said he would call me with the potential cost of repairs (He never did), He did call and say the problem is internal and they will need to go in and see what the problem is. I didn't hear from him in two days, so I called, ***** told me he already ordered the parts and had to replace two coolant hoses and it will cost a total of $4,800. I didn't even give approval of repairs. He said the truck will be ready Friday May 19, 2023. I road down there from my home town with is 40 minutes away only to be told at 4:35pm that they ordered the wrong part and tried to make it work but the part "Kept slipping" , he never called in advance of the problem, which leads me to believe that they were going to try and pass off the wrong part , hoping it would work, instead of getting the correct part asap. I was told my part is rare, and that my part has three bolts / holes while the wrong part has six. These are suppose to be trained professionals who specialize in "Transmissions"!! and they can't tell three holes from six holes??!! Hoping they didn't break anything else with the part kept "Slipping", And once I got there, ***** informed me it is $5,200 dollars because of taxes. And I have to come back today, **** already paid in full and hope they actually fixed it.

      Thank you for the opportunity to serve you as a customer, and for the opportunity to respond publicly to your comments. I am sorry for the inconvenience that you came to the shop Friday afternoon before the truck had been test driven and approved for shipping. We discovered late on Friday that the wrong torque converter had been delivered. We ordered the correct one, but the wrong one was shipped to us. We are glad the correct part was delivered Monday morning and that you have had your truck back since then. 
      In your comments you make a couple of incorrect statements. It is our company policy to deliver an estimate of cost and we require a minimum deposit of 50% before any work begins. You were informed that the job would cost approximately $4,800. At this time, in lieu of an approval signature, you provided your birth date, and you approved a deposit of $3,500.00. Our technician did recommend changing the cooler lines in order to prevent leaks.  While this is normally an additional $200.00. We were able to replace the lines and complete all work agreed upon for $4,865.98. We do not control ******* Sales Tax and are required to collect sales tax on top of the cost of labor and parts.
      Our work is covered by a nationwide warranty. You accused ** of passing off incorrect parts. This is not correct, and we will only respond by saying that we are proud that your vehicle is working correctly, we are professionals and experts in our field, and our Nationwide Warranty remains in place just in case of part failure. We build hundreds of transmissions each year and are proud of out success rate.

      dropped my truck off for service in 2nd week of October I still dont have it and its dec 4th , i stop in to check on it sometimes they working on it and other times in the back. everytime they have some reason . they week before christmas they said it would be done. now they said monday ... this is absolutely blowing my mind .. how does this go unchecked ! eventually im gonna lose my mind . This company is pulling scams on my Vroom to get extra money because everything in under warranty ! MY Vrooom
