    ON NOVEMBER 7 OF 2022, I HIRED THEM TO REMOVE A TREE FOR ME. WE DISCUSSED DETAILS. SUCH AS COST $2500, SAFETY CONCERNS SUCH AS RESPECT FOR PROPERTY, MEANING NO DAMAGE TO HOME OR PROPERTY. AND I WAS ASSURED THAT THEY DID GREAT WORK,INSURED,BONDED AND ALL. WELL WHEN I RETURNED HOME FROM WORK AND AFTER ALL THERE MESS WAS CLEARED OUT ,TREE DEBRIS. I NOTICED MY YARD WAS A MESS AND WALKWAY DAMAGED,BROKEN IN FOUR DIFFERENT SECTIONS. I CALLED THE SUPERVISOR TO COMPLAIN AND LET HIM KNOW HOW UPSET AND DISSAPPOINTED I WAS .HE SAID HE AND THE OWNER WOULD COME BY AND LOOK AT IT. THEY DID AND HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO GET IT TAKEN CARE OF BUT IT WENT ON FOR A WEEK.I CALLED AND TONY THE SUPERVISOR SAID THEY WERE WAITING ON AN ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK. SINCE THEN I'VE BEEN CALLING AND GETTING NO ANSWER.I LEFT MESSAGES AND GOT NO RETURNED CALL. I CALLED THE MAIN OFFICE NUMBER AND SPOKE TO MIKE THE OWNER AND HE ASSURED ME HE WOULD HAVE THE SUPERVISOR CALL ME BACK,HE NEVER DID. I CALLED MIKE THE OWNER AGAIN AND HE ASSURED ME ONCE AGAIN THAT HE WOULD HAVE THE SUPERVISOR CALL ME IT NEVER HAPPENED ITS BEEN OVER A WEEK OR SO. I KNOW WHEN I'M BEING PLAYED,IGNORED. THEY HAVE NO INTENTIONS OF MAKING GOOD ON THE WORK AND REPAIRS THEY SAID THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF. ONLY DECEIT AND DISHONESTY,LIARS.
