    dogs ok, seemed to not offer items in personal tote. Took my pets to "VIP Pet Resort" in ***********, *******. They said that they would send pic/vids every day. The vet said so when I left for overseas. She was very nice, a 40+ somethingish as I recall, *****- blonde hair, a bit of grey, and said kindly " oh, and you'll receive pics and videos every day." i said 'everyday?' she said "yes" And by the way, i'm the veterinarian here", The associate at desk 20/30ish just stared off and was unresponsive. Kinda grumpily mumbled "hmf if we have time" Same front desk person when i picked them up- dark brown hair, light skin, average to short height, hair pulled back in ponytail. Didnt get her name. I didn't receive any photos or pictures For First 4 days. Until I called from overseas, then received some. Also, their toys and chewies were untouched, which they use on a daily basis and helps reduce stress when somebody's not around. Also their dental water was untouched. Granted they've been doing this for many years and probably know what it takes to keep guests dogs safe. Emailed afterwards they said about they( the dogs) "didn't seem interested in them And yes, they are allowed them". but it didn't seem like they leave them out for them. With all this I feel its time for in room video for pet owners there. Doggies good, no departure bath for either "one was skiddish" This is not a totally bad review, Mostly positive, but just felt uneasy.Whoever the lady associate was who worked the desk on 11/13/2024 at 9a-10a seemed very aloof and disinterested, many others in reviews have said this- she kinda made me squirm. Dropoff and pickup was easy, even flexible. additional reason for review; I don't think the vets/ owner's know everything that goes ***** short Physically doggies fine, just wonder Mentally. I would recommend but with sidenotes. I do appreciate a service of boarding- this is my side.Again as a petowner just sensitive to things
