    We appreciate the opportunity to address this concern. At Ready Set Seal, we strive to provide high-quality paver sealing services and set clear expectations regarding the results.
    As stated in our service agreement, paver sealing helps minimize weed growth but does not completely prevent it. Factors such as weather conditions, irrigation, and airborne seeds can contribute to weed growth over time, which is why routine maintenance is necessary. Additionally, it appears that the required maintenance under the warranty has not been upheld, which impacts the long-term effectiveness of the seal.
    That said, we are happy to assist the customer with resealing their deck. If they would like to move forward, we can provide the service at the current industry pricing, with the option of an additional flood coat to further stabilize the paver joints and help reduce future weed growth.
    We stand behind the quality of our work and remain committed to customer satisfaction. Please let us know if the customer would like to proceed.

    I am rejecting this response because they initially came to see what the problem was and said they would come back to reseal deck and that someone from the office would give me a date when they would return. After that, I never heard from anyone. I called numerous times and no one had the decency to return my phone calls. Their contract says I had a 5  year guarantee that their seal would keep my deck looking good. In actuality, it didnt even last a year. Their guarantee then is not being honored at all. Would like them to return and do what they said they were going to do as soon as they saw the problem.
