Sunday night my Neiborn talked me that my skylight it was gone
Monday morning I talked to Andrew ****** , Director of sale ,
In a couple of hours he came over to my house , talked me what to do and for next day , Tuesday morning , the brand new skylight it was installed .

We moved in a month ago here in Port Orange, FL. and while an afternoon torrential rainstorm was no surprise - the rain pouring down the kitchen skylight sure was! Checking reviews we saw Ultra Beauty Inc. was a local, family-owned, highly rated company and now we know why. A call to Andrew (sales) was promptly returned, and thankfully it didn't rain again so we met with him the next day and he was great showing us the correct impact rated skylights and going over prices - not pushy at all just knowledgeable and offering recommendations. He was on the phone to his service tech Rick as we sat there and wow - the skylight was in their stockroom as well as shingles to match our roof. They are prepared! 7 am the next morning Rick was at our house installing the unit. Rick was a friendly and very knowledgeable professional who did the installation in a neat and clean manner. What was interesting for us is there was another skylight Andrew had been able to see on his aerial app and Rick was able to remove it/close it off and re-shingle. A two-for-one deal we appreciated very much. Everyone made sure the job was done right and after spending time with all of them we know they approach every job the same way. We feel so lucky to have found this company who really do care about their customers. Put them at the top of your list for all their services.
