I hired company to trim tree hanging over house I was very afraid they would damage roof they explained they were licensed and insured I believe the date was August 12. They damaged gutters dropped heavy branches on my roof and they cut branches to make them smaller while on the roof cutting holes in my roof with chain saw. They left site and did not clear all debris they never mentioned they damaged roof and Im 70 years old unable to go to roof. My son went to roof on Aug 14 and saw damage and took pictures. I called and talked to ***** who said he would send a guy to look at roof I also called two roofers and they saw roof. The company admitted fault and said they wanted to handle issue outside of turning it into their insurance . They are now ignoring me and dont want to pay for damages they will not give me their insurance information my photos and roofer estimate to large to send I can try another way if you have suggestions I have lots of photos as well as roofer estimate I need my roof repaired before more damage to roof from heavy rains I want a professional to repair my roof I do not trust this company the lied and tried to cheat me by damaging roof even though they admit fault they want me to trust them to have one of there tree trimmers fix my roof. I hired a tree trimmer to cut trees not do roofing. This company caused known damages and did not tell me I feel they really took advantage of my age knowing I could not inspect roof myself so they let it go then when I had roof leaking I would have to fix it myself costing me even more money. The roof damage is $750 plus replace one gutter I have not got that estimate yet

My neighbor hired this company to trim up trees in her yard. My wife called me and said, “There is a guy in our yard cutting down our tree.” I said, surely he is just trimming branches that reach over the fence. She replied, “No, he is cutting down our tree!” I rushed home and sure enough, they had cut down a perfectly healthy 18 foot tree in my yard. No one on the crew even came to my door to get permission to come on my property. The crew chief called the owner, I believe his name is Peter, who came to my house immediately. All he kept saying is, "Please, I can't afford a bad review!" That was his concern. Not the fact his crew came on my property and took a tree down illegally! I called Code Enforcement who came and they told Peter that he would need to apply for a permit because they took a totally healthy tree down. He responded ,"Of course, I will take care of it." He never did even after the Code Officer called him and left 3 messages. Now I am not only without a perfectly healthy shade tree, I have to go to the city and PAY for the permit for the tree they took down illegally. I told them I wanted the stump ground down and I would not pursue legal action. They came a week later and ground the stump and left the 2 foot high pile of chips lying all over my yard. This may lead to civil action. I would not do business with this very unprofessional company, who's owner lies, as you may end up with legal action against you as well.

This is so ridiculuos, his neighbor paid for the removal that was damaging her fence. When she mentioned that she would have to let him know she intended to remove his tree, she assured me that she would. The day of the job, we knocked on their door to let them know that we would be working in their backyard but there was noone home. We then proceeded with our work.

Mr ***** came home and was visibly upset so i offered to do some free work for him including removing a dead palm tree and grinding his stump for him.

Code enforcement asked me to go to city hall and pull a permit which i always proceeded to do. When i got there, the city required me to have Mr ***** sign off on it. Now this has never been the case as i have pulled dozens of permits in Port orange. I had no way of contacting mr *****. I am a very busy man. I called the code enforcement officer and explained this to him. He was also very confused as to why customer would have to sign off on the after the fact permit. The tree was basically a trash tree. He still has about 30 other beautiful oak trees. He should be thanking his neighbor instead of making problems for me.
