This company takes no responsibility for its workers. Almost 8 months since hurricane and they still havent finished our house. Their tear out crew did over $1000 worth of damages to our home and their general manager Mr *** basically told me in an email too bad. NEVER EVER use this company! Really want to leave 0 stars but site wont let me.

Ms ******, I was disappointed to read your review, so I went to our team and asked to understand the scope of work at your home and to review emails between you and Mr. ***. Respectfully, I disagree with your assertion that Mr. *** brushed you off, as we are still awaiting information from you, and have attempted to discuss the complexities of your situation.

We have spent some time reviewing your file, file notes, and docusketch 360 degree photos of your house. The only item we can be held responsible for are the damaged screen door, and possibly the damaged medicine cabinet. Please send me photos of each so I can verify damage.

The other items were either already replaced by *********, the toilet, or were never intended to be salvaged. Cabinets, doors (including handles) were never intended to be salvaged as they were contaminated by the category 3 water. These items were removed with the intention to be replaced. This was previously conveyed to you, here are the notes in the file from 10/2/2023:

Placed by ******* after her phone call with you on 10/2/2023:

Met with ** regarding the previous note, he reviewed and agreed that we will pay for a new screen door stopper or refund her for one. The pics of the cabinets she sent were for lower cabinets, advised those will be getting replaced. She was assuming that they had to keep them. As for the loose tile, she was aware that it is caused from flood damage. I advised that she will have to call her adjuster to discuss as this would be a part of her claim, we cannot reimburse for damage caused by the flood. She was understanding of this.

Removing items to reuse is a much different process, and more time consuming than to remove items with the intent of replacing them. I am led to believe you were reimbursed by your insurance company for cabinet and door replacement as part of your settlement. If not, I would suggest you contact your adjuster to discuss. Regarding the cracked backsplashes, backsplashes are not designed to be removed. They are glued to the wall, and historically they crack when removed, consequently we cannot be held responsible for this.

Please forward photos of the damaged screen door, and the damaged medicine cabinet for review.

After obtaining 4 bids we hired SERVPRO and on 9/28 the clean up job after a death in the home on 9/25. The Co. was easy to work with for the arrangement and completion of the sevices. We were very pleased and highly recommend them. They earned a 5 in our experience.
