      On July 30 2022 at I purchased a black ************ from this establishment. My boyfriend met the delivery guys at the house while I was at work. We paid them $150 cash for the fridge AND $50 ($10 TIP) TO HAVE IT DELIVERED. Most of our interactions are on ******** messenger. Well all of the proof I need. The drop off was at 11am on July 30. By 5pm I messaged letting her know the fridge was ** humid hot. She advised me to go wait until the following day and check the fridge again. Because it worked. She said it was sitting out back. Then said in storage. I think she just scammed me. Next day rolls around and nothing. She advised me she would refund at least the $150 if it did not work. It's been a constant battle with this lady. On ****** she has similar reviews. Terrible customer service. Has sold broken/defective merchandise in the past according to a ****** review. She called me names and refused to keep her original word about the refund. I have been blocked on FB by her so I couldn't "bother" her. We had a day set around Aug 12th that we agreed on the following week. Sometimes after 3 because I needed help from my boyfriend to get it ** in the truck . She cancelled last minute. Then told me I was from h*** and she was going to ******** for a few days. 2 weeks finally she says she will cash app it to me. I responded with my cash app info and she had blocked me. I've left a ****** review. A face book review. I've called the store. Where she screamed at me and told me she tried to give me my money back but in fact she didn't. She has caused me to suffer. $200 for nothing. I still don't have a fridge because I work part time. I can't afford it. I just want my money back. She can have the broken fridge. I've tried so many times. Her name is *****. She also gave me the wrong address trying to detur me when we originally set up the day to meet. I just want her to do what's right.

      We are no longer willing to work with this consumer. She purchased the fridge and all was working when we delivered and set it up. She called over a week later saying it was not working but we advised her she had a wring problem in her home and needed to get it fixed. She was not happy with that situation so we told her if she returned the fridge we would refund but she kept going back and forth with us for a month & still had not returned the fridge so we told her she could keep it and we would refund her but she never provided the cash ap to do so. It has now been almost 2 months & she still has the fridge (which again we know was working) and we are no longer willing to refund her.
