On November 6, 2020 we purchased a full house roof soft wash and cleaning and gutter debris removal and cleaning. We were told if we were unhappy with the results or they could not 'lift' the 'dirt' sufficiently, they would reapply the treatment at no charge. When the crew arrived to perform the service, the crew manager informed us that we would most likely need an additional treatment and we should wait at least 6 months as the 'treatment continues to work'. We noted the date and called back. After rescheduling 3 times over a year, a different crew (2 men) finally came back and informed us, they do not get paid by the owner for the 're work' and this was too big a job for them to complete. The original crew was at least 3 trucks of 2 men. They contacted the owner to work through a plan. The owner reached out and said he had before and after pictures showing the improvement. When I asked to see them, he later admitted, he did not have ANY pictures of the job. So another lie. He initially agreed to retreat over the phone but then came to the house and tried to force us to agree to retreat less than 1/10th of the job - a specific area he felt needed retreatment. After not agreeing to this, he became loud and rude and asked to speak with our contractor. Our contractor later called us and said the owner agreed to retreat the roof. We called to schedule an appointment, to which he said he was 'thinking about what he wanted to do.' It has now been another 6 months and we have not been contacted with a viable solution or at all. At this point, we want at least 1/2 the cost returned as we no longer want this company on our property. In addition, he began to state new information such as 'you have a cedar roof, which is not covered'. Clearly he saw our roof when he was on premise and accepted the money and assured us we would be happy with the results or they would re treat. It is a shame the owner is unable to correct the situation.
