    This company has been 100% up front with me all repairs and fixing them tj my needs. The crew was very respectful and knowledgeable in the work they were doing answer all my questions and educated me on updated bldg codes. I would recommend Signature Constuction for all your home repairs. Most important the owner came out and and walked threw the whole house to make sure the job was done to perfection. I thank Joe M. and his team for an outstanding Job. And can't forget the office people behind the scene outstanding customer service. Thank you all again.

    We just had S.C. Signature Construction Roofing replace our roof. Not only was the quote provided reasonable and fair, but the work was superb. We knew we had a little bit of damage and were going to need to pay to have it repaired. The workers were on sight for 5 days and were very diligent to be sure that everything was done correctly and that their time was taken to do good quality work. Over 70 photos were taken of every part and every stage of the job so that we could see exactly what they did and where repairs were made. The owner of the division visited every day to oversee and make sure the work was done as planned. We are very happy with them and their work. Never an issue with communication and no surprises when the work was complete. We highly recommend them.
