    I hired ***************************** to do a efficiency out of my garage the total he was going to charge me was $4000 I paid him **** in cash I have receipts and documentation as proof I later found out that he is not licensed did not pull permits to do the work he did not complete the work because I fired him once I found out he was not licensed like he told me that he was he has called the county on me for the work that he has done and the county is now looking into him because of him not being licensed I was told by the county to contact the Better Business Bureau and let them know as well what was going on and to file a police report on him. That I know of he has a LLC. The work started on 11/18/2022 and I ended it on 12/7/2022. He was to do plumbing, electrical,framing,drywall,and more. Im out of a lot of money now because I have to take down everything that he has done. Thank god the county is working with me on this matter. I dont not what this to happen to anyone else like what he has done to me. Im sure Im not the only one. I have been getting harassing messages on ******** and on texts from people that I do not know. If I have left anything out please feel free to email or call me. *** never had to do anything like this before so Im not sure if I doing this right. Thank you for your time *******************.

    Business response taken verbally by BBB:

    Customer mislead me to do work on a fake homeowner permit. Once I found out that it was a fake permit I stopped all work and reported it to the county. The case number W26427312922.
