Mr. *********************** was paid to build a Jr ********* for our son for which we paid $9,500.00 that was to be finished by February 2024, he was also given a MyChron 5 660 computer worth $660.00 for our car. After this date he changed the delivery date to March, and he did not deliver the car to us either. He told us that he would be there in May and at that time he stopped answering our messages, calls and texts. On May 30, 2024, the Port ****** ***************** visited him, and ****************** indicated that we would give him two weeks to return the money, since we do not want the car due to non-compliance with the service offered. We have tried different ways to communicate, and he does not respond by any means. Thursday, June 13, 2024, was the final deadline to return our money, so we traveled from *********** to look for our money and when we arrived at the workshop the employee told us that he was traveling through ***** in a car competition. And they called him, and he didn't want to talk to us to give us an explanation for the money we paid him, and he owes us.
