    This has been a TERRIBLE experience. They are OVER 6-months behind on a 12-month contract with no end or estimated completion date. During the first Pre-Construction meeting they said they understood "it is a 12-month contract, but we should do it in 8-months". I would have been happy at 12-months. Shame on me, as I should have known this was going to be a $#it show when they didn't even start on time per the contract. They were almost 2-months late starting. The communication has been almost non-existent even with repeated text, calls, emails and correspondence via 'Slack Channel'. I have gone weeks with my attempts going unanswered. The materials and delivery have been horrible. The original roof trusses were delivered and installed incorrectly, (flat ceiling as opposed to vaulted) and the home sat for months with no roof on it. They promised an engineer's review with a stamped drawing and haven't provided that in almost a year even with repeated request. There are mismatched windows or incorrectly sized. All of these items that I, as the owner have had to bring to their attention instead of some sort of Quality Control by the site leads. I did walkthroughs with their selected plumber and electrician to mark and discuss fixtures and locations. Both Subs were removed without us knowing. This required us to travel (at our expense) for follow up walk throughs with their newest Subs. Siding has blown off as it wasn't properly secured. (And yet to be replaced) I have provided deficiency lists, text and other documentation methods with pictures and videos; the results have been inadequate to say the least. The most recent was water intrusion on interior walls and pooling on the floor, before, during & after drywall was being installed. NO Response. I have requested and scheduled several site visits with the Superintendent, and he is typically a no show/no call. Supervision appears to be non-existent or just too busy to worry with my project.
