      Caulking under epoxy is bleeding through on my driveway. I have warranty against any repair defects related to workmanship or material. Called 5 times. Owner never calls back.

      On May 15, 2024, I provided a deposit of $400 for repairs to my driveway. The total amount of the job was quoted to me at $800. Since that time, I have been waiting for the driveway repair to be done. I have been told by the owner that the delays are caused by poor weather conditions, finally last week his crew came out to power wash in the anticipation of the work being completed within a few days afterwards. Since the power washing was done on August 12, I have had no contact from the owner as to when his crew is coming out next to finish the job. As instructed, I had to park my vehicle on the swale on my property, which is against HOA rules, and was not able to use my driveway. Finally four days after the completion of the power washing, and after multiple phone calls to the owner with no response, I had to take down the barrier and use the driveway since I needed to get in my garage. I advised him that I was going to be doing this on Friday, August 16 and I still have had no response from him. I would like my deposit money of $400 back and just move onto another contractor, this one never returns phone calls and is totally unprofessional!

      The vendor repaired and repaved my driveway. Within weeks of completing the project the driveway began cracking and peeling. The seems to have skipped town and will not respond. My neighbor used him and he has a similar problem.

      This business did a poor job on the refinishing of driveway surface. The Owner will not honor his own documented warranty for repair or replacement of driveway surface.

      **** came out and viewed flaking paint. ******* and said he would be back to finish the job. After numerous phone calls and messages left, no response. Did not show up for completion on date that he specified.Weather has not been a problem when messages have been left. I would just like to have the job completed so that we can place our property on the market for sale.
