  Counts Electric, **** earns 1-Star, only because 0-Stars is not an option. I telephoned Counts Electric on Friday, 3/14/2025. Set appointment at my home with ***** ********************** for afternoon on Saturday, 3/15/25. Mr. ********************** stated that he would call on Saturday morning to advise me as to approximate time of arrival in that afternoon. Neither the call nor an unannounced visit came to pass. On Saturday EVENING, Mr. ********************** telephoned to say that he would not be able to make the appointment for Saturday AFTERNOON. As a result of the experience, I cannot speak to the quality of Mr. ********************** work as an electrician, but I can speak to his complete lack of courtesy and professionalism as a business person. I spent several decades as a service contractor in the **** and refrigeration industry, so I know that problems do frequently arise that will force best laid plans and schedules into chaos and disarray. However, a quick telephone call to keep the customer apprised of developments, a simple courtesy, is often enough to keep a business relationship in balance, and is, IN ANY EVENT, deserved of the customer. So, in summary, I am of the opinion that Mr. ***** ********************** holds his customers in so little regard that in his view they are undeserved of courtesy and respect. Or, perhaps, Mr. ********************** has become so successful in his business that he cares little if those customers come or go. In any case, I will NOT be calling Counts Electric, **** again!!

  I found Counts Electric on BBB and requested a quote for a home renovation project. ***** was quick to respond and submitted an estimate with fair pricing for the work that needed completed. He showed up when expected and stayed on schedule with the other work being done. The response time when I had questions, honesty, and professionalism was greatly appreciated. I have requested his service for other small projects and referred him to a friend. I would definitely recommend Counts Electric for any electrical services needed.

  Best electrician and found the problem that others didn't. I would use this company again. I had bathroom sockets inspected which worked well and did not need replacing. He added a bright line and socket in the garage and showed me the wiring in the attic that he added for the socket. He found the hot wired socket that another person installed and when called to fix the error, it was left with the attitude I didn't know what I needed. Prior electrical work will need to be repaired and correctly wired inside of the electrical panel later. As for now, I would highly recommend using Counts for any electrical needs you have.I am a general contractor's/*********** daughter who worked along side my Dad and I know that Counts knows electrical well and is worth his price!
