    I paid $20,000 on a loan to have a full HVAC System with 2 units and air ducting throughout the house. The house was under renovation, so they installed 1 unit before the other. I also had to handle all the electrical myself with an electrician because they wouldn'*. ****** is licensed to do electrical, but he was not going to provide and customer service for me apparently. The first unit began excessively creating condensation around the air handler and kept shutting off every month due to a float switch in the pan below catching all the water. After 3 months of having them come out to drain the pan, they told me my warranty was over, and they will charge me for future visits. (3 months in on a new unit to remind you.) The second unit was never even fully installed. I have air ducts running sitting in the attic not routed to any vent. Aside from that, they didn't provide any thermostats. I had to buy them. They installed one, not the other. So basically, I have 1 system installed with a defective HVAC unit, and another only half way installed that has never been turned on. We had another AC tech install the 2nd thermostat, and guess what... the 2nd unit doesn't power up. Because I paid through a loan, that I paid off... I have no recourse. I can do nothing. I will have to sue. And I will.

    Terrible company! Rip customers off who do not have knowledge on how HVAC systems work! Do sloppy work, lie to customers about prices because they never give estimates in writing even after asking for itemized breakdown of prices. Sent pictures of leaks and owner was rude.
