      The home was built by this company and purchased by us in the last 12 months. Several items needed correction and the owner and several other workers have come to inspect and admit they will fix the defects. As of today nothing has been completed as they promised. If needed I have days and days of text messages promising to fix the defects. Now no one will return my text or calls the past 21 days.Please help in this matter. Law suit will be filed if this situation is not resolved.

          We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. We understand that Mr ***** has exhausted his patience, we are not trying to drag our feet. The fact of the matter is that we are a small company. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the availability of our subs. We have never denied our responsibility. In order to accommodate Mr ***** needs we have gone so far as to hire another outside sub-contractor to help the original sub-contractor finish the job. Both sub-contractors have been in touch with Mr ***** and are taking care of the problems.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      As of today, nothing I mean nothing has been done. These issues have gone on for the last 8 months. We get a contractor come look at the issues, then another, then another. No one has fixed these problems.  Now they're refering me to contacting the manufacturer of the faulty equipment (light fixtures, etc) that have rust and corrosion on them. They installed the faulty sub par items little over a year ago. This is a bad company and the State of Florida needs to put a stop to their construction until they fix the other property complaints.  If they're claiming a small business,  THEN WHY DO YOU KEEP BUILDING? OWN UP TO YOUR DISCREPANCYS AND FIX ALL THE PRIOR BUILDS! I'm currently working with other homeowners whom ************ built homes and the complaints and lack of correction is huge. ********** will be in the local and national media showcase if they keep putting of and not assisting their customers whom they built these sub pair homes for. 

      I request $20000 so I can repair these items myself.

      We have been speaking with the customer and had sub contractors out to his home. Waiting on some material to finish the job. The light fixture where new when installed in the house and are not covered by 2-10 warranty.

      I am rejecting this response because: Nothing has been completed.  Look at the date of the first complaint.  Nothing has been done. Plus the builder knew they'd installed subpar (cheap) electrical equipment.  Horrible business practice and should be held responsible for fixing the faulty electrical equipment.  Forget about the warranty they knowingly installed horrible and faulty equipment.  7 other JC builds have the same issue.  These people need to stop building homes! Please let the public know about this deceitful business.

      We have gone above and beyond responding to Mr. **** complaints none were covered by the warranty we still did the repair and are replacing crown molding at no expense to Mr. ****. This house is a spec home and was completely finished with all fixtures and appliances installed prior to being list with a realtor. Mr. ****s allegations that we knowingly installed sub par light fixtures is unsubstantiated.
