    DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!! POOR MANAGEMENT POOR COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT PROJECT. FAILURE TO MEET OBLIGATIONS. GROSS OVERCHARGING OF MATERIALS/LABOR. DURATION OF PROJECT TOOK 6 MONTHS TO COMPLETE A 10X10 MASTER BATH AND EVEN SMALLER 5X5 GUEST BATH. THREE MONTHS FOR THE GUEST BATH AND 4 MONTHS FOR MASTER BATH. DUE TO THE FACT THAT ONCE THE CONTRACT HAS BEEN SIGNED, MANAGEMENT DOES NOT SERVE CLIENT WITH CONCENTRATED DAILY EFFORT. SUBS ARRIVE WHENEVER, USUALLY AT 10-10:30 WITH NO IDEA OF WHAT IS TO BE ACCOMPLISHED DURING THE "WORKDAY" . CLIENT BECOMES LAST ON THE LIST AND SUBS COME ONCE/WEEK. MAYBE. CONTRACT IS COMPLETELY UNCLEAR AND NOTHING IS ITEMIZED LEAVING PLENTY OF ROOM BY MANAGEMENT FOR EXTRA UNKNOWN CHARGES AND GENERALLY COMPLETE MISCONCEPTION OF COST. ********** BEHAVIOR BY MANAGEMENT OF ORIGINAL DESIGN DESIRED BY CLIENT. NO EMPHASIS IS GIVEN TO ORIGINAL CLIENT DESIGN. IT'S A "GET ER DONE" KIND OF FEEL. NOTHING GIVEN TO DETAIL. POOR PERFORMANCE AND MISMANAGEMENT OF SUBCONTRACTORS. CAPABLE SUBS ARRIVE AT JOB WITH NO IDEA OF WHAT THEY SHOULD BE ACCOMLISHING THROUGHOUT THE DAY. THIS IS DUE TO THE FACT THE "BOSS" HAS NO CONCEPT OF ORIGINAL PLAN OF SIGNED CONTRACT. MANAGEMENT DOESN'T REMEMBER WHAT THE ORIGINALDESIGN IS AND DOES NOT MEET THE NEEDS OF CLIENTS DESIGN. MANAGEMENT THRIVES ON KEEPING EVERYONE CONFUSED SO THAT THERE'S NO CLARITY AND TASKS HAVE TO BE DONE OVER AND OVER AGAIN. MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CHECK ON THE STATUS OF THE JOB SITE. EVER. MANAGEMENT HAS NEVER COME TO CHECK JOB PROGRESS AND GET A PUNCH LIST FOR CLIENT. MANAGEMENT SPEAKS TO CLIENT ABUSIVELY WHEN MANAGER IS HAVING A BAD DAY. REPEAT. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!
