    I paid $270 in advance to Eagle Luxary Travel and Limosine to pick up two passengers at *************** in ***********, on Thursday, Aug 19, 2022. One of the passengers was my 80 yo Aunt. When they arrived at the airport, there was no driver. They called the contact number they were given, but there was no answer. I arranged an Uber ride, at 11 PM, to take them up into the mountains north of LA.I therefore cancelled the return ride to the airport, which was to be provided by Eagle Luxury Travel, several days later. Since then, I sent numerous e-mails requesting a refund. I was assured that would come, but it has not. And they have stopped responding to my e-mails. My last email stated I would file a complaint with you, and record negative reviews, on Yelp and Travel Advisor, if Eagle did not issue a refund by 10/1/22. There was no reply. I can forward those emails to you.I am suspicious that I have been scammed by a false front business, but I have no alternate course of action.
