    I signed up for a one year program at this technical school to learn air conditioning and heating. When arriving at the school, I noticed that they did not have the equipment nor the materials to teach the technical side of their program now attending the school for three months. I have learned that they will not be receiving the equipment or the materials for the technical side of this program for another six months. I had to take out a FASFA loan to attend the school. I would like to know if its possible to resend my loan through the school and not all of them anything because they had me sign off on false pretenses all the equipment in their school is old and broken, and they do not have materials or teachers to teach the technical side of their program.

    I unenrolled from them 3 weeks ago on 10/3/2022 & they still havent cancelled my financial aid disbursement. The lady in financial aid told me to give her a week to cancel when I spoke her BEFORE I unenrolled. They unenrolled me & cancelled my classes, yet she isnt doing her part. When I called to speak to her she got VERY hostile & rude with me. I asked her to send an email when she completed the task of **************** kept being very rude asking me what I want her to do after I told her what I needed. She told me Ill do it when I do it and hung up the phone in my face. Im supposed to start at another school on MONDAY & because Fortis isnt doing their part they will be holding me back!
