    I called to buy one bottle of the keto gummies. Realized u was charged almost $200 when I called to tell them I only purchased one bottle they told me they couldn't cancel The order but give me $100 back. I told him I didnt want the gummys and that I needed my almost $200 back. They told me once the product reached me to send it back and they will give me my hundred dollars back its been since April 3. I still have not received a refund and when I call I either get hung up on or they gave, give me BS and now they dont tell their customers this that theres a five dollar restock fee per bottle which is $25 out of the ************************** and on top of that the shipping that Ive already paid was already $15 almost this is ridiculous.

    They finally reimbursed my money for the product after my bank overdraft because of this coming out of my account. They finally reimbursed 3 weeks to a month later still paying my overdraft fees.

    On April 12, 2024 at 9:43am, I went to a website for Metabolic Solutions to buy Metabolic Keto + ACV Weight Loss Gummies (created by *************** I was particular about the weight loss product I was buying because I want to make sure they are healthy, clinically tested, and safe. On the website (secure.buymetabolic.com), I picked one of 3 packages one could select to order. I chose Package 3, which was $64.99 total. It came with 1 bottle and 1 free bottle (so 2 bottles total). After putting in my credit card information, I was asked if I want to pay additional money for 2 bottles of metabolic detox solution cleanse - I didn't purchase that. Thus I ONLY agreed to pay a total of $64.99 for the one bottle of Metabolic Keto + ACV Weight Loss Gummies and nothing else. It is clear at the top of the page that shipping is free. I received a confirmation of my order, but it immediately said in the Order Summary I paid $129.99 for 2 bottles of gummies and $59.99 for metabolic detox. I knew that was wrong, so I checked my emails.I received 2 emails. The 1st email at 9:45am on 4/12/24 from Metabolic Brands, Order Confirmation *****, was for $239.99 for an order of 6 Metabolic Solutions bottles. Then I got a 2d email at 9:47am from Metabolic Brands on 4/12/24, Order Confirmation ******, for $59.99 for an order of 2 bottles of Metabolic Solutions Detox Cleanser. I IMMEDIATELY called ************, the number I was provided to call for Customer Support when I received my confirmation. I said I only agreed to pay $64.99 TOTAL and that I want to be reimbursed or have them cancel my order immediately. The agent said she cannot do that once the order is placed. I said that I did NOT PLACE an order for $239.99 or $59.99, and she insisted nothing can be done. I am very upset and do not have that type of money. This company stole my money, and I would like it back. I don't care about getting this product, as I don't trust the company at all. I want my $299.98.
