    My initial transaction happened 10/27/2022, for a pair of Lens for prescription *********** was charged $414.00. I complained directly to ********************************* about her business & some issues I had about her small child interrupting my eye exam several times and being present in the office while she tried to complete my exam. Having to come back several times because he machine wasnt working, & She issued me a credit of $207.00 on 11/14/22. (Half of what I was charged), After the fourth attempt of trying to get my glasses correct, I sent her lens back and asked for a complete refund of the remaining $207.00. I have emails directly stating she has indeed received the lens back and would be sending me out a check of April 4, 2023. Today is April, 24, 2023 & no check has shown up. I emailed her with no response, I texted her with no response. Extremely unprofessional! She has her product back and did not keep her word which I have in writing and never sent my refund check. My next step will be small claims court and ******* board of optometry if this is not resolved quickly.

    Customer had already received refund check and she had deposited it. We had sent it certified mail per her request tracking number is **** **** **** **** **** 04. We had made several attempts to remake her lenses in her glasses and even gave her a very generous 50% discount along with multiple follow up visits as a courtesy. After multiple attempts to please her out of good will, we decided we no longer want to do business with this customer due to her demanding attitude and unreasonable requests for free services, free materials, and taking up long hours of staff time.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    Noonci Business practices was unprofessional, rude,& lacked expertise in the field and thats probably why one location has closed recently. Other professionals in the same business share the same opinion.
