    I call Indoor Air Care *********************************************************************** phone ************ email: *********************************** on Oct 3 for an issue with A/C unit that they install in 2020 because it was still under warrantee, the tech / owner of the company deliberately rip the electrical box from the wall and the try to sell me one, i confronted him right there & then that my box was totally firm & intact because the ********* & even the Monday morning 2 minutes before he come the box was firmly on the wall i personally look at it trying to figure out why A/C was not coming on & he said they don't use plastic any more & he can sell me a metal one, at first he deny broking it then he said oh its old he will see if management will replace it. this person ****** is very unethical and non trust worthy you do not break things in order to generate business Very dishonest person, i call everyday since this happens & he will not return my calls.I spoke to his wife once after this and she said he said he didn't break ******* is busy, i am 200% sure & know that he broke it.I do not want him on my property however he can send one of his worker or pay another company to fix it. for me its not the money but the principal. when this was all happen he try to change the subject by telling me how beautiful the flower in my planter was, when he was leaving i again said you going to talk to someone & get back to ******* said yes ( and i have him on Camera with audio saying that.)
