The customer ****** did not call for his receipt. He wanted service and advised our technician that ******* Plumbing had been there working on the unit in which we let him know he had voided his warranty.  At no time were we asked for the receipt until the employee from ******* called and we do not provide information about our customers to other ******************** companies. Another plumbing company will tell a customer anything to get the job and make the other company look bad. We would have gladly fixed the issue if the homeowner would have called us to do the repairs. That was not the case in this situation. I will be filing a complaint against ******* Plumbing for filing this complaint posing as a homeowner against our company.

I hired ********************************* who is the owner of Rooter One to install a new drain field in my backyard May 2020. His company did. He told me that my system has a lifetime warranty. We have been cited twice with the ***************** with raw sewage drawing out of our drain field.(1/25/23) and 12/13/22. The problem is ongoing. ***** had been contacted. He said he was coming and has not. I have 3 charges against me and a fine of $1,500. I am scared I will lose my house or go to jail if it is not fixed. There are 7 people depending on me. ( 3 autistic grandchildren and their mom and dad, myself and my disabled sister. ) My sister has be diagnosed with lung cancer and I had a breast biopsy on Monday Dont know the results yet. My husband passed away September 25, 2021. I need help and soon! I want him to install a larger drain field which he told me we needed and he needs to file for a permit to install the system. It must pass inspection and satisfy the *****************s charges against me. This needs to happen in the time limit required by the *****************. We dont have lots of cash hanging around. My sister, ********* and ******* and his partner are depending on my support to live. There is very little left in the way of cash. I pay the bills on my social security and teacher retirement checks. I am stretched very thin.

****** has been contacted she advised she would remove the complaint upon her field being fixed. The issue is the statements in her complaint. We have been in constant contact with her, we were working on a plan with the health department for the size field to accommodate 8 people living in the home. She had used an excessive overage of water in July that caused her field to fail she also has 8 people total in the house and the field was not installed for that many people. There are no fines from the health department she received warnings with no fines attached.  With the overage of water she built a chicken coup on top of her field with poles into the field and DOT had dug up with back of the field causing water to flow out onto the sidewalk. That was how the health department found the field. Attached is the permit for the field to be repaired. Our company does not provide lifetime warranties. Her warranty was 10 years but there were requirements she did not keep. The tank was to be pumped every 2 years and she cancelled her 1st one which voided her warranty. We have been working diligently to resolve this matter.
