    Shoe repair services are hard to come by in PSL. On 11-7-22 we went to Josephs Shoe Repair located at The ******************************** *********************************** Spoke to the owner Owner: *********************. Explained what we would like done to shoes with owner. Immediately he told us he could do the work but payment up front is expected otherwise he would not take the job . So we paid & left husbands shoes. **** told us check back in a week. We called , no answer, we drove by, closed sign on door, we left unanswered messages. Made another trip only to find 5 angry customers outside waiting to get their items left , paid for, owner never returned calls, some waiting for over a month to no avail. We left a message for the owner to contact us within 2 days , trying to give him the benefit. Nothing. **** actually answered a call from my husband , kept him on hold for an hour & never came back. Then he answers another call later in the week , tells us to come by Thursday Nov 17 at 4 & he would have shoes ready. Closed sign on door again & did not answer calls. Nov 18 owner answers call & said he would have shoes ready . We feel that this person is scamming people & avoiding. There are obviously underlying issues with this *********** is not to be trusted. Other Vendors in this Center have made comments that since he has rented , lots of angry people have been observed. It makes the other businesses nervous about this ************ lack of honest business practices. Some even went as far as saying this individual has some severe personal issues & should not be in business. We are going to stop payment & want to be able to retrieve my husbands shoes.
