      I think the business is a scam. I have used them for a little over a year to clean my pool once a week. ***, ******, would come by, never the same day, pour something in my pool, and leave, in less than 15 minutes. I've had inground pools, normally treating them myself. But , when we move to **, this ******************* convinced me due to excessive rainfall,etc, I needed to use a pool company. So I agree to use them. They came out once a week. Now, as mentioned, I am knowledgeable about swimming pool care. Immediately after starting treatment, I starting using pool test strip after a few days to see my chemical levels. I noticed my chlorine level was always very low. I mentioned to ******, the son of owner(both use ******, NO LAST NAME). He would take chlorine pucks I had in my garage and put them in floating dispenser to augment the chlorine he was "supposed" to be using...Many times I checked the chlorine level of my inground pool a few days after ****** left to find little or NO CHLORINE IN MY ****. We went away for a week recently, and came home to my skimmer out of water, the pool pump running full speed, with no evidence ****** had been by the house to check the pool, the chlorine level was ZERO. ****** came by the next day, and I asked him why he had not been over to add water to pool, or simply call me. He became hostile when I told hIm there was NO CHLORINE IN THE **** AGAIN, and said it wasn't his responsibility to add water if low. I told him since hiring AAA Tropical pools, the chlorine level was ALWAYS LOW OR NON EXISTANT. He quit that day. I suspect this company, AAA Tropical Pools ,NEVER PUT ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF **** CHEMICALS IN MY INGROUND **** FROM THE FIRST DAY I HIRED THEM! THEY ALWAYS USED MY CHLORINE PUCKS. I FURTHER SUSPECT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN TREATING ANY OF THE POOLS THAT THEY WERE HIRED TO ADEQUATELY, PUTTING ME AND OTHES HEALTH IN JEOPARDY. I REQUEST SOMEONE FROM THE *********** TO LOOK AT ALL OF AAA TROPICAL POOLS CLIENTS.
