    On November 21, 2024, I visited Lightbridge Academy to enroll my child, intending for them to start on January 1, 2025. At that visit, I was charged a $179.48 application fee and a $747.33 prorated cost. After I shared the news with my wife, she expressed her concerns, mentioning that she had previously visited the facility and was a fan of their mission. Consequently, I contacted Lightbridge Academy later that day at approximately 5:00 PM to officially withdraw our child from enrollment. They assured me that a refund would be processed. However, I have yet to receive any communication regarding the status of that refund. Despite multiple emails seeking clarity, I have received no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable, and I regret deciding to engage with Lightbridge Academy in the first place. I am still awaiting an update on my refund.
