I took my 1990 Land Rover defender 90 which I bought as an investment. I had paid Johnny and jacey to try to get my diesel motor running when they failed at that they said they could put a new motor in it. Long story short, I am now having to pay someone thousands of dollars to fix what they did. They did a HORRIBLE JOB with no remorse when I made him very aware it needed to be fixed. I don’t even think he’s certified to put motors in, I’ve learned after the fact. I told him I brought it to him as an investment and he turned it into a pos. His response was “it was a pos when you brought it here” which it wasn’t but I took it to him trying to get it running to flip and make some money. It looked like someone who has never touched a motor did it. No warranty, no care about it not working (he says he has a video of it running) I paid him to put a new motor in it so I wouldn’t have to worry about it and now it’s an even bigger problem. I feel like o was robbed of over 5000$ with nothing to show but a problem. He also wouldn’t give receipts which i should have known he was up to something with that… I’ve spoken to a lawyer that would take it on, but I just wanted to give them a chance to make it right. They need to pay whatever it cost me to fix what they messed up. I wouldn’t trust them to work on a golf cart. I’ve heard there have been ALOT more of their customers that have had to take their cars to get fixed after they fixed them. He also charged me 400$ to fix my f250 ac. 400$ later it is the same as when I took it to him. He is a CROOK

This is the first motor that came in the truck that he only wanted patch with one new piston . It was locked up when he brought it to us . But being he drove it very hard it did not last long. The first videos was the new motor we built new and is still running like new.The first pic is the pile of parts he had me sit out front that he never picked up. The truck had no working lights horn windshield wipers when it came in left with all working.
